For this project students researched their heritage. They interview family members and then wrote about it.
They selected appropriate music to dance to, used symbolism, a specific ethnic genre to tell their background and their personality. Challenge: try to place at least 5 ballet movements into your dance AND 2 ballet facings.
They were allowed to incorporate family members.
When they were done, they created a flip grid speaking about their findings and this was followed by a dance presentation about their heritage!
